Shipping Policy

Aavaranaa endeavors to ship purchases within 48 hours of receiving your order:

  1. Each address you instruct us to ship to, including gift-recipient addresses, is considered a separate order and is subject to applicable shipping charges.
  2. Shipping within India is a complementary service. Aavaranaa reserves the right to charge shipping fees for deliveries within India with no prior notice.
  3. Aavaranaa ships worldwide. For internationals delivery the shipping charge is based on the weight of the package and the destination address. Before placing the order you can even check the rate a quote will be displayed from our logistics partner FedEx.
  4. Please note you at the time of order creation you are clearing the freight charge only Local custom taxes and duties, if any, will have to be borne by you or the recipient of the package.
  5. Aavaranaa will value the package as per the bill value. We have the strict policy against under valuation and cannot mark as gift from Aavaranaa.
  6. For international orders, in the event of returns due to exchange, customer issue or if the recipient refuses the delivery due to high duty charges, the customer will be charged to & fro shipping fees as well as local duties that Aavaranaa may incur when the parcel is shipped back to us. Refunds or store credit, if any, will be calculated after the package is returned to us without damage. Any damage to the saree will need to be borne by the customer. Aavaranaa will bear the charges for shipment ONLY in cases where a wrong product or damaged product has been shipped.
  7. In the event customer wishes to ship back an item to us, customer has to bear the shipment fees to ship any parcel back to us. Further, any refunds will be offered after the parcel goes through QC to ensure the goods have not been tampered with. Aavaranaa will bear the charges for shipment ONLY in cases where a wrong product or damaged product has been shipped.
  8. For Shipping within India, please allow 4 to 6 working days for delivery and for international delivery please allow 10-15 working days.
  9. Any customization like Saree edges, blouses etc will take additional time 7 to 15 working days depending on the level of customization. No refunds will be entertained for customized order even if the customer fails to pick up the order due to high duty charges.
  10. Any disputes if any will be resolved based on these terms and conditions pertaining to shipping.

Track Shipments Online

  • If you have a registered account with us check the status of your orders under My Account. Click on your order number for complete details, including the tracking number here you can follow the progress of shipments. If you do not have an account with us yet, set one up now – My Account.
  • You can also track your order by clicking on track my orders. Simply enter the order number and zip code information to view the order details.
  • All Courier companies make TWO delivery attempts. In case of unavailability of the recipient, future Modus Operandi is at the discretion of the Courier Company and aavaranaa has no liability for the same. Our staff will get in touch with you as soon as we are intimated by our courier agency. In case the package is sent back to us, Aavaranaa is not liable to clear and accept the package. So we request you to receive the package and make all details available for smooth delivery.
  • To further avoid these issues, customers are requested to share only addresses where they are available within working hours to accept the package.
