• We offer free shipping on all orders placed within India.
• We also provide free shipping worldwide on international orders above $300 (INR 30,000). 
• Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days from the date of purchase, unless otherwise specified. You will receive a tracking link via email once the package is shipped.
• Customisations or complementary services like falls and edges will require additional time of 3–4 working days before dispatch.
• A note for international clients: Local customs and duties are not included in the cost of shipping. Please write to hello@aavaranaa.com if you have any questions before placing your order.

We work exclusively with handloom fabrics and hand-crafted techniques like embroidery, appliqué and patchwork. Minor variations are marks of the artisan’s hand and not imperfections. 

• If you are unhappy with your order, please send a detailed email to hello@aavaranaa.com within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will do our best to address your concerns.
• In the case of an exchange, we offer free pick-ups from most locations in India. International customers will have to bear any additional shipping fees. 
• We offer refunds only in the rare instance that there is a mistake (incorrect product, damaged merchandise) from our end. You will receive a credit note against your order in all other instances.
• The credit note can be used on any products on our website and will be valid for 6 months from the date of issuance.
•  All items purchased on discount over 15% count as final sale.
