Returns and exchanges must be made within the guidelines in our Return Policy.
In case you wish to return a merchandise we request you to send a detailed mail to email@example.com within 2-3 days of receipt of the product.
- We will then send an update, if the return can be accepted we will mail a confirmation together with a return authorization form, this form and the mail will explain the procedure to return the product(s). If the reason of the return is due to mistake on our side, we promise to refund the full price of the returned merchandise.
- You may now proceed to send the package back to us. It must reach us within 10 days for Domestic delivery and 15 days for International delivery.(Date considered is Date of Delivery)
- Aavaranaa is not liable to pay the return shipment charges
- Exchange / Return Product(s) must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and un-customized i.e no saree finishing package must be added to merchandise
- For Full Price Merchandise if the product does not reach us within 15 days from Date of Delivery, the product is not eligible for return.
- For SALE Merchandise (products on discount),neither exchanges nor returns can be made .
- If you wish to exchange the merchandise for another merchandise, please indicate the same. If the exchanged merchandise is of higher value, the difference in amount will have to be borne by the customer. In the event the exchanged merchandise is of lesser value, Aavaranaa will issue a credit note against the balance amount.
- We are unable to accept customized clothes such as custom stitched blouses, finished sarees etc..
- Products under sale tag has no return policy
Please use the original shipping box and packing materials. Rs.200 (for domestic delivery) will be deducted from your order refund towards postage charges when order has been shipped.
The Rs.200 fee will not be charged to gift returns from a gift recipient.
Original shipping charges are not refundable.
You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of return processing.
In case of International returns if package reaches Aavaranaa and we incur a cost then it will be deducted from the return settlement amount.

Please note, for returns made due reasons other than Aavaranaa’s mistake i.e – wrong product, faulty or damaged merchandise, a CREDIT NOTE will be issued. This credit note can be used in future to make a purchase on our website. We are unable to make a cash/credit/bank refund for such cases.
In the event of a mistake from our end, Aavaranaa will make a 100% refund of the price paid for the merchandise.
- All returns will be credited to the original form of payment. Your Debit / Credit card / Net Banking / PayPal account will be credited upon processing of the returned merchandise, and the credit should appear on your next statement.
- You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of return processing. Please allow 10 to 12 business days for us to receive and process your return or exchange.
Gift recipients who return a product and do not want an exchange will be issued a credit note and can be used in your future purchases

Aavaranaa will refund full payment if the customer has paid for products that are listed on the website but which are out of stock. In these cases, the Customer Service Team will send an e-mail to the customer, and on obtaining his consent initiate the refund process.
